Please tell American food brands that don't have GMO's in them and that are healthy?!?!?

This is a big problem. I didn't realise that American foods here in the UK were GM. As all EU foods are not GM. I felt sick after eating them and that I had been tricked. They should have to write it on the front of the packet.

If you want to avoid genetically engineered foods, buy organic. GE crops are not allowed in organic production. In addition, there are several "non-GMO" labeling schemes out there.

However, it's not a reassurance that the food is any "healthier" than conventionally produced food. But if you wish to avoid GE foods, there you have it.

Every bite of food you eat has been genetically modified only for thousands of years it was genetically modified by cross-breading trial and error.
