What software should I use to create this website?
I want to create a website that allows one to pay money for a product using credit card, it will have additional information swell. I am a mac owner, I know and want to create this site using HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript. What software should I use to create this site and once I how do I create a domain name. This is the first time I am creating a site but know all the coding and I am confident I can pull it off.

You could make the website. You will have to have a credit card processor to process the credit cards. There is software out there. I highly suggest using Paypal for the payment process. Your biggest problem is not taking credit cards, but security for the information you are wanting to collect. With Paypal, the software and processing is taken care of. You also have to pay for credit card processing and Paypal has one of the most reasonable fee structures.

You need to also learn the mysql database. You will need to register with a recognised payment gateway to hndle psyments. They will give you code to build into pages on your site to handle passing te cutomer to them for payment, and to handle the accepted or rehected returned data.
