To clarify: I don't mean a rapper you discovered in 2013 that you didn't know previously but who had been around before then. I mean a rapper who didn't even make music or that virtually nobody had heard of until 2013 (or later).

QuESt...he dropped a really dope LP last year titled 'Searching Sylvan' (one of the best rap albums of last year in my opinion).
