The ticket price varies from city to city. In Mumbai, it is variable - on week days it is cheaper, between Rs.150 and Rs.300 and on week-ends it is higher - Rs.200 and Rs.400. These are in multiplexes where more than one movie is shown. In single screen theatres, the fare is Rs.100 to Rs.200. In small towns and villages, it is Rs.50 to Rs.100 where movies are screened after 2-3 weeks of their release in major cities.
