They are cleansing wipes with apple and lemon peel. They are used to cleanse and moisturize your face. I decided to try one out before my shower. There was no reaction. I got out of my shower and was ready to wipe my face with a soft towel and my face was red and started to burn. I'm kinda shaky and nervous. I don't know what to do. What should i do? Thanks!

Stop using them immediately. You seem to be allergic.
Your face should go back to normal eventually, but if the reaction is very severe, lasts a concerning amount of time, or gets worse after you've stopped using the product, talk to a doctor.
It's the only thing you've been doing different, right? If so, it's likely the wipes even if you didn't have an immediate reaction. I've used certain cleansers and have gotten rashes from them days after using them.
