Are you aware that Ted Cruz is elligible for presidency under the natural-born-citizen clause in the same way that Barack Obama was?
Obama was born in Hawaii, making this a different situation. I apparently misremembered that bit of information, sorry.
Regardless, isn't it irritating seeing people who believe Ted Cruz is a Canadian citizen? I don't even like him as a candidate, either.

Yes, I am. Cruz had his citizenship at birth by virtue of his mother (a citizen of the United States) and thus fits the "natural born citizen" criteria.
I would say that SCOTUS has never ruled on the issue, so there is a very tiny sliver of uncertainty, but realistically Cruz is eligible to run for president and I'd be surprised to see any legal challenge to that.
I would say it's not quite the same as Obama, though, because Obama was actually born in the United States (Honolulu, Hawaii) but Cruz was born in Canada. Either way, that's nitpicking. Ted Cruz can run.

Like Obama allegedly was. Unlike Cruz, Barry was born in America.

Unlike Teddy Obama was born in the US.

There is a significant difference:
> There is no question of Cruz's eligibility because his mom was a grown-up who by law, passed her U.S. citizenship to him, rendering his PLACE of birth irrelevant.
> In contrast, since Obama's jail-bait mom could not do so, his PLACE of birth is relevant and IF he was born abroad, does not qualify.
