pay pal account help?

I have set up a pay pal account but still have not entered my birth day and ssn. can I add my debit card to my account with out have to fill that out I am a minor so I can not put my ssn but I have a debit card can I just add it to my paypal

    You cannot have a Pay Pal account as a minor.

    What part of you are not old enough for a Paypal account did you fail to grasp?

    When Paypal catches you, they will freeze the account and you will have no access to the money in it for 6 months. Then you will be banned for life.
