Why do the Courts continually prosecute people who are unable to prove that something they are accused of doing never happened ?

In ALL cases where the person is guilty, they are 'unable to prove that something they are accused of doing never happened'. In the US, the prosecution is required to prove that it happened.
Note: The court hears the case, they DO NOT prosecute.

In the US, it doesn't work that way. They have to prove the person is guilty. The accused doesn't have to prove they are innocent.
