I can't attack and move at the same time on Skyrim on my laptop. I can do everything standing still, It will not work while i move tho.?
I just figured out its only the left button doing it. So i can't use my characters right hand while moving.

Try turning off Palmcheck in your settings. Essentially, it's activated by default to prevent your palms from moving the mouse cursor when you're typing, or even simply pressing a button on your keyboard. It just gets in the way when you're playing a game though.

Should use update rather than post as an answer,
However...
Most likely your machine updated a driver and that caused the problem now.
If you can look in the update log to see what happened just before the problem occurred. You may be able to roll back to the old driver to restore your ability.
