What would first impression be?

I feel so embarrassed and stressed right now as I'm still ill but I've started up with some cold sores on the side of my mouth and now another has come up on my lip. I'm meeting a girl in a couple of days who I've been talking to as sort of a day date and it's the first time we'll meet in person and she's gonn see me with a mouth full of cold sores. If you were meeting someone you were intereted in for the first time what would be your first impression? Im so embarrassed and nervous as I always get them when I'm ill an there's no way I can bail and reschedule as it might throw her off and I just wanna meet her but I'm dreading what she would think of me looking like this. I'm trying everything I can to get rid of them but there only getting worse and more are appearing.
