The fact that good officers who were real leaders, who made decisions and took responsibility were the first to be passed over and booted out in favor of quivering toadies.
By the time an officer reaches Admiral/General rank he/she is amost purely a politician, not a military officer.

After being enlisted for the first 8 years, I knew that many things we were expected to do were stupid and made no sense. Still, we all have to follow orders from those above us. LIKE OWEBAMA!!
