Is it ok to siphon oil out of the car thru the crankcase?
I added a little too much and want too siphon some out

Your best bet would be to put a pan under the oil pan, loosen the bolt and remove a bit of oil and tighten the bolt. start the engine, run for a minute (not less than 60 seconds), turn it off and check your oil level and make further adjustments as needed, add or leave it alone. If you have added less than 1/2 quart (16oz, 2 cups) too much, you don't need to make any adjustments.

Could. Do you have a liquid transfer hand pump? That is how its done on boats with V8 inboard engines.

The only way you would get to it is try to go through the dip stick tube and that's pretty small.
