how difficult is it to replace the VRO fuel pump on a Johnson 70 horse outboard motor?

    After it is installed add oil to the gas till you see the oil in the oil tank go down.

    Get a manual it will be a god send.

    Easy,but expensive. The pump replacement should only take about an hour, and can be done with basic hand tools. The price of a new VRO 4 wire pump is about $500.
