Besides, if you had been paying ANY attention, you would know that Republicans have been the one pushing fracking, horizontal drilling and any new technology that INCREASES the supply of oil thus, lowers the cost of oil. Republicans have been pushing the Keystone Pipeline which would increase the supply of oil. Republicans have been pushing for less regulation on drilling, which would increase the supply of oil.
