There's a spot in my anus and its aching?

I was laying on my bed the other day, and my anus started aching, and felt for anything, and I looked in the mirror, and there is a red stiff achy spot? Its not sore at all, it aches and is a LITTLE itchy.

Any ideas?

I'm 14 btw.

Update:

Just wanna say, i'm having a few silly answers, no i've never had sexual intercourse..?

    You may have irritated your anus passing a hard stool of a very acidic loose one. A bit of preparation H would help but not everyone keeps it on finger, I mean hand.
