Why do I have to pay more to upgrade my phone than someone who has the same plan as me?
last April, my sister and I both got the iPhone 5c. We got it on the same day & on the same plan. Now, we need to upgrade our phones as both of our current 5c's have started to decline. I looked on our plan and I noticed that to upgrade our phones, we will need to pay off however much is left on our current phones. I checked the fees for both of us. Her fee is over $100 lower than mine. She only owes $55 to upgrade and I owe $169. Why is that? We have the same phone, same plan, and we got our phones on the same day. Is there something I need to fix on my part? Please help!!
I also forgot to mention, we are with AT&T and on the AT&T Next 12 month plan.

Perhaps you have used more data than her and you need to pay off the extra also is she older or younger than you this could also play a role. Has she been with the AT&T longer than you. Are you on a rewards point program all of these could play a role.
