How is Hyrule Warrior's Story Mode?
So I been keen on Hyrule Warriors for a while now because I really love single players games and hack n slash games is something I really enjoy. However when it comes to single player I usually just want to have a good decent story to play from start to end and that's it. I really dont care too much about additional content, it is the main storymode that I am curious about. I don't really seem to care about adventure mode or free mode. Do you think I should pick it up, and if so for what price assuming if it drops in price at all?

It's not the greatest story in the world, but it's not the worst, either.
It gives a plausible explanation of why characters from 4 different previous Zelda games would be in this one game together.
If you are a Zelda fan, it's worth playing through. It won't turn you into a Dynasty Warriors fan, but it's still fun.
