REALLY sore back?
My lower back has been hurting me all day, so I thought if I got some good sleep it'd probably be better in the morning. I hadn't been laying down for 5 minutes before I had to get back up. As soon as I tried to get up my entire back tensed up like I had just been put through the workout of my life. I couldn't even stand up straight. It was excruciating pain, what should I do to make it better?

I've heard sitting up straight for a couple minutes or so help with back pains but I'm not sure if this is the kind but It can't help to try. Also there's a whole bunch of stretches you can do just be careful on how you do them because if you do them wrong you can really hurt yourself, hope this helps and feel better!
