Why are there lots of terrorist attacks in the USA around the third MONDAY in April?

Waco Siege

Oklahoma bombing

Columbine massacre

Virginia Tech massacre

Boston marathon bombing

Is there a particular anniversary or something in the USA around this time which may attract bad publicity?

    I'm guessing probably a coincidence, but I'd like to say (at least in areas like Oklahoma and Texas) it's because of the bipolar weather. Also, Hitler's birthday is April 20.

    Because those 'terrorist attacks' happen to be false flags which are ritualistically conducted using numerology. From that, one can usually predict when something is going to happen. 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 22, 33 are their most revered numbers.
