did I hurt my dog?

I was in my kitchen with my dog and I was listening to music and kind of dancing and he got excited and jumped around with me and I accidentally stepped on his paw and I heard a noise but he acted normal so is he okay? I didn't know if I accidentqlky hurt him or not and I felt so bad :(

    Its common to feel bad but if he's acting normal and fine afterward he should be fine and forgot it even happened. It was a accident so dont be to hard on your self
