How do we know that this reality on earth isn't actually the 7th level of hell?

    We don't and can't. I personally think its' an insane asylum.

    If you mean the hell described in mythology and the Bible, we aren't in hell or any level of it. Why are there happy people in this world who rarely suffer from pain? Sure, some people are having a rough life, but it seems that most people are doing fine. I don't see any eternal suffering going on here. It is also unlikely that we are in hell because there is zero evidence for hell or heaven or the purgatory. That's just silly and I hope you grow out of it.
