Optimizer Pro Virus Removal?

I got this virus from downloading a bad torrent and every time I uninstall the programs, or remove it with anti-malware, it keeps returning a couple days later. It seems to be connected to google chrome somehow because it always occurs when I first boot up chrome. I go through this process of removal at least once a week

    download the free version of avast anti-virus....it has a boot time scan feature which scans the pc BEFORE windows starts ...it will allow you to remove that nasty virus...also get the free version of ccleaner and run it on the registry to make sure it can't duplicate itself....then you are good to go...cheers..ps..be patient..the boot time scan takes time
