Could I Grow Taller At All?
I'm 13 and my height is 5'2, I weigh around 99-100lbs. I got my period about a year and half ago. My goal height is 5'4 and I was wondering if there's anyway I could reach that?! I've been told by a few people that once you get your period you don't grow anymore and I feel insecure about my height:( I generally don't have tall parents though so I'm not expecting to be tall. My mom is 5'0, and my dad is 5'6, my dad's family is pretty short, and the girls on my moms side of the family is short but most of the boys are about 5'8-6'0.

You will probably peak at 5'4 at 15.
To grow taller plenty of protein, calcium, vitamin D and zinc all help.
To reach your potential height you need adequate sleep (from 8-10 hours per day), adequate calories and a normal healthy diet.
Plenty of protein from eggs, meat, poultry, sea food and dairy products helps as well as calcium from milk, cheese and other dairy products. You also need plenty of zinc from red meat, oysters, mussels, nuts and seeds and zinc fortified cereals and mueslis. Vitamin D3 via the Sun also helps.
Some growth spurts are very small so often you don't notice them.
Most girls usually stop growing at 15 and in most cases any further height growth from 15-21 is insignificant but there are exceptions such as late bloomers.
Most guys usually stop growing at 18 and in most cases any further height growth from 18-25 is insignificant but there are exceptions such as late bloomers.
Under eating and under sleeping can, to some extent, stunt your height growth. Exercise does not help your height growth and smoking can actually reduce your potential height by a whole inch.

If you got your period a year and half ago, you likely won't grow more. Be happy with your height! Being short is great. I am just over 5'2.

I think that thats a normal height, and you may grow every now and then. Drinking milk and sleeping helps, but not a lot. Its best to stay short. We have our advantages :)
