Why do guys do this?
I've been talking to this guy for about a week now and have hungout twice. He said he was going to bed and I said "ok goodnight text me when you wake up" and he said "you text me"... Why can't he text me first? Lol like okay??? I didn't reply to that. Should I even text him when I wake up or should I wait & make him put a little effort into it?

It's just a way to see if a girl is into us shows the effort a girl will put since normaly the guy texts first . Just do it , it won't kill u and it will definitely make the guy happy . then wait the Next day for him to text u first

Sometimes we don't like to communicate because if we say something wrong and look dumb we can't tell by your reaction, and attempt to save grace, sometimes girls that you like and they like you, weird us out in unexplained ways, or we know girls don't really want to hear what's really going on in our minds, Stop texting! I just want to do this without her/him/them texting so I can unwind from the stress of the day, and unknown of what will come later

Why can't you text him first? How about when you feel like talking or he feels like talking you just do. If he doesn't text you then he doesn't want to talk. His loss right?
