why dont people understand how to use the shift key? i hate when they use caps lock to capitalize. any ideas why?

    It's just they don't know simple features like Copy+paste

    It may be easier for them to use, or maybe that's how they learned?

    I personally use the shift, but everyone has a different way of typing.
