Rummy nose tetra lost its eye can I do anything?

I have 6 Rummy Nose teras and a beta in a tank together. Today I was checking on my fish closely to make sure there's no illness or general problems. I haven't done this in about a week and was surprised to find my smallest tetra was missing an eye. I have no idea how this happened. Maybe he was attacked or bashed himself into one of the drift wood pieces? Anyways, he's acting like the rest just a little behind the school and flips around often to see with the remaining eye. I don't know if there's anything I can do? Since he's acting normal should I just leave him in the tank? I've never seen this!

Put him in a hospital tank also put some decorations in so he could hide. Keep the lights dim and add stress coat to the tank. You could use Melafix but it's best to under-dose a little. That stuff almost killed my betta.

when I fish loses its eye there's almost nothing you can do. :( Just make sure he eats and doesn't get picked on since he'll be weaker and cant fend for himself very well.
