Which 10" sub is better?

I am looking to put 2 10" subs in my 05 gmc crewcab. Just wondering which of 2 subs is going to give me the best bang for my buck.

The first link. The TSW260D4 sub is dual voice coil and pushes 350 watts RMS each sub(700 watts RMS total). Meaning it has more wiring options. Its also 100 watts RMS more a pair than the other one. Buy yourself a nice monoblock amp(1 channel amp) and wirebsubs together @4 ohm. This will bring the impedience to 1ohm on amp. Giving you FULL power

Find a monoblock amp that pushes close to 700 watts RMS@ 1ohm,match it as close as you can to sub's RMS power

The Pioneers. They are simply more powerful (350wrms vs 300wrms).
