Brown stains on back of teeth. Dentist didn't want to fix it?

I have big dark brown stains on the back of my 3 or 4 top front teeth.

When my dentist checked my teeth and got to those, she said something to her assistant (in latin or whatever) but said they don't need to be fixed because there's no cavity.

You can't see them, only with a mirror, but I'm scared that they are rotting...

Why didn't she fix them? Can she really not do anything? Is she just waiting for them to rot so she can pull them out?

If they were cavaties, she would of done something about them. Because there only stains, she feels there's no need to do anything with them being out of sight. If you would feel better having them removed, then you could pay to have cosmetic air polishing stain removal. It's about £25. Unless there stains arnt on the surface, then they can't be removed.SHE DOESNT NOT WANT TO FIX IT, DONT BLAME IT ON YOUR DENSIT BRAH

Obviously your teeth are not rotting or your dentist would have let you know! It honestly sounds to me like you need to have your teeth cleaned? My teeth can get pretty ugly looking in-between my cleanings because I drink A LOT of black tea. Smoking (ciggs or pot) and coffee can also make your teeth look pretty nasty. Try getting a cleaning done at the dentist or you could always try to clean them yourself at home. I personally like to use a whitening PRE-BRUSH rinse. I have noticed when I use the whitening pre-brush rinse, an electric tooth brush and whitening toothpaste my teeth look really fabulous. You can also buy your own little tools to scrape your teeth at the store as well. And of course don't forget to floss! It makes a huge difference in the looks of the area where your teeth and gums meet.

It is not decay, the backs often get stained. They won't do a cosmetic procedure, because no one else can see it only you with a mirror.

Unlikely to be decay but brown spots are often the stage before decay.

    So be proactive now.

If you have a non acidic mouth various minerals in your own saliva will repair the brown spots naturally.

Keep away from sugar and also soft drinks

Only an American female could possibly show the incredible mix of fears, anxieties and evil dentist description. Who on the planet looks at the back of their teeth and finds stains that a dentist indicates are no problem and worries about them? Dentists are medical doctors and one of the most basic of ethical standards as to doctors is to "At first, do no harm" and they also have another as to not required medical treatment for the sake of income That covers the "no fix" and "not do anything" questions. The last one is just ridiculous. Then there is the next option. Go to another dentist for a second opinion not mentioning the actions of the first dentist. Here is cultural depravity in action. You are "scared." A typical American female reaction to just about everything. Next, why did you use multi dots for punctuation? They are NOT punctuation marks. ONE period, please. This teen trend of using multi dots must be stopped. As to the question. This is bad grammar. There is no subject and there are two sentences when one will do. "I have brown stains on back of some teeth and my dentist didn't want to fix THEM?" Plural to plural. Stains. Plural. Them. Plural. Since I presume you are a teen with parents, did you discuss this with them?

If you don't trust the dentist, you should change because you have the right to know.

maybe you should change dentist but in the mean time brush teeth carefully with mouth wash or also get a water pipe
