turn off the radio.

Insert a long sticky note or paper with double stick tape sticky side toward floor, a popcicle stick inserted afterward to press down toward the cd.

Turn on the radio and press the CD eject button while gently pulling on the paper...

Usually works. If not, may need to remove the radio and disassemble it.

try removing the yellow shipping fuse in your underdash fuse box for a couple of minutes then push the two fuses back in and you have re-initialized your radio which should hand you your trapped cd. Otherwise, I have found people have pushed the cd above the the radio and found it sitting on top of the radio when the center dash fascia was removed

I think the best way is to take the whole thing out, open it up, and take the CD out. While its open, you could try and see just what made the CD stuck, and fix the problem.
