Okay so i have been going to the gym for like 3 months and here is my Routines
Monday - Chest & Triceps
For chest Bench Press3x6 ,Incline Dumbbell press 3x12,Butterfly3x12, And for triceps Triceps pushdown 3x12 Skull Crasher 3x6-8, Tricep kickbacks 3x12 & Dips
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Back & Bicep Deadlift,Seated Cable Rows 3x12, Wide Grip lat Pulldown 3x12, Close grip lat Pulldown 3x12 T-Bar 3x6 - 8 And for Bicep Barbell curl 3x12,One-Arm Dumbell Preacher Curl 3x12 Barbell Curls 3x12
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Leg & Shoulder
Squats 3x6-8,Dumbell Lunge 12 each Leg press 3x15 Lying Leg curls 3x12 Leg extension 3x12 Standing calf raise 4x12 and for shoulder Dumbell Upright row 3x12 Dumbell Front raise 3x12 Seated Lateral Raise 3x12 Smith machine overhead Press 3x6
