Leopard gecko mouth rot?

so I believe my leopard gecko has mouth rot and I'm going to take her to the vet

What will they do to treat it and will it go away? Also she has stuck shed... How will they treat that? Thanks!

The mouth rot will most likely need antibiotics of some sort, as it is a bacterial infection of the mouth. The stuck shed you may be able to get off yourself before you go to the vet for the mouth rot. Try soaking the leo in a lukewarm/tepid bath for 10 - 15 mins (until the water starts to get cold.) The soaking (you may need to soak repeatedly over several days to get all the shed off) should help to loosen the retained shed and help it to fall off. If you are talking about retained eye cap, that may require a vet's assistance to remove.
