Stuck shed on leopard gecko?

so my leopard gecko has stuck shed on her toes and each shed it keeps getting worse to the fact that she can't even get most of it off! What is the cause of it besides humidity because she has a moist hide and water in her terrarium. Is it a lack of some sort of vitamin? Thanks!

Oh and any tips to get it off her tail since u don't want it to drop

This has happened many times with my little guys, be gentle and take a q-tip wet it and start gently ripping off the stuck-shed. Or get some warm water in a small container, not too much water, so not to drown your gecko and let him/her soak for about 20 minutes or so. Never try to pick off the skin yourself.

I don't don know what causes it but to get it off you must take it off because he will get frustrated with it and drop so it's better to just take it off for him
