    Of course you are. You need a settlement visa thats all. N he needs an ilr or british citizenship. If he has neither he needs to bring you as a dependent

    Assuming your spouse had "indefinite leave to remain" he is free to apply for a spouse visa - if he fulfils the conditions. Not on benefits, own home and a decent income.
