Why do I get jealous when my ex talks to other girls?
My ex and I broke up about months ago. He doesnt talk to a lot of girls, only a couple, and I know he doesnt and wont like any of them but I get so jealous when he does talk to any girls. Today, he went to get a free Ben and Jerry's scoop with his ex girlfriend. I was so jealous when he posted it on his snapchat story although I know they are just friends and them dating was like 4 years ago, and nothing will happen between them. What should I do? How do I stop this? Thanks.

It's because you miss him, you're not ready to be done, feelings are still there. Maybe you need closure, or maybe, depending on the situation, the two of you need to talk it out and figure things out.
Whatever the case may be, your health and happiness are what's most important. If you don't get together again, it's vital for you to be able to let go and be able to live your life knowing that what's done is done, and fate will bring better things.
