Not Gaining Weight?

I'm 16, about 5'5", and I weigh around 123 pounds. I've been around this same weight for a couple years now and I'm not gaining any weight at all. Working out has gotten me more toned and defined muscles but no more mass. No matter what I eat, no weight gained. I've been told it had to do with genetics and stuff sometimes. My mom weighs around the same as me and my dad is around 200 since he goes to the gym a lot and works out. He's pretty big and muscular however I took more of my mom's traits. Any help with this?

    You need to eat protein if that doesn't work drink some shakes or even ask your dad what to do I mean you said he's pretty buff so ask him how he got to be that way and let him help you
