Because CONS are S. H. I. T and they're all about doing S. H. I. T. things because they deny the reality it takes to function with integrity so instead they play "political games" because they think it advances them forward until they realize it doesn't really so then they finally revert to doing the normal right thing because they can't get away with the B. U. L. L. S. H. I. T.
