Can unlocked phone have several SIM cards for prepaid plan? .?

You can switch carriers as you want to, service, signal, price...

When you get 1st SIM card, will it be locked?

    You can use any SIM card in an unlocked phone. Phone won't get locked to the first SIM card you use, phones come locked from factory when you buy them on contract or without contract from a carrier. Unlocked phones never get locked to any carrier.
