next time I fly to the Philippines,I plan to stay awhile. What is the cheapest "ongoing" ticket i can get since I have no plans to use it,?

    Most people us Hong Kong as it is easist & does nor require a visa to get the ticket.

    See if you can get tickets you are allowed to cancel or a open return date
