PLEASE HELP! PROMPOSAL FAILURE!!!?

Yeah so yesterday was like one of my worst days, I was planning to prompose to my crush and I had made a sign and I had my friends help me and I was seriously about to do it yesterday. I was originally going to do it in 2nd period, but I couldn't time it right and my friend and I agreed to do it at the beginning of 6th right after lunch. But during lunch I went to the room where we me and my friends usually hang out and I noticed my crush holding a poster and hugging my friend and people clapping and I realized what was going on, my crush promposed to my friend. The friend he promposed to knew about my promposal and she was actually helping me with mine. I walked in right after it happened and my friend apologized saying she had no idea he would prompose to her and she said yes but it was just so sudden for her that she just said yes in the heat of the moment. After it happened I was crying so much for the rest of the day. I lost one of my contact lenses from crying so much and I later felt physically sick from crying so much. I had headaches and stomachaches which made me cry more because they hurt so much. When I got home I was crying and throwing up. It all felt painful and heartbreaking. What should I do???
