listen girl, some boys are easier to maneuver than you think. if he's a boy yiu see quite often, like at school, at lunch, in your neighborhood, or something like that, strike up a conversation with him, go up to him and be like "hey, what's up, how's it going?" and build from there, whatever he says, use that as your intro into conversation, ask him about any sports he plays, and then if you think it went well at the end, say "we should hangout sometime!" or "text me sometime!" but make it sound casual as if you don't care one way or the other, or as if it's not a big deal.
