Television viewers do not know yet.
Those of us who have read the books have a very good idea. (I won't reveal a spoiler.)
But those of us who have read the books also already know that there appear to be a lot of departures from the books to the HBO production this season; more than there have been in seasons 1 - 4.

He's talking about Lysa, he now owns everything she owns, including the land until her son comes of age.
