Canada - Air Rifle
They're legal.
If the muzzle velocity is less than 500fps, no PAL is required.

Gamo Viper Express
This gun was only on the market a short time.
It dropped off(for good I thought) the market around 3 years ago.
After most people figured out it was a poor(accuracy & power) gun and expensive(shotshells / 7.95($USD) for 25) to shoot.
Hunting with a Gamo Viper Express
Shotshells - are effective on tiny(sparrow) pest birds, out to a range of around 10 yards
Small game - It's a smoothbore, so accuracy is relatively poor.
Value
There are much better air rifles, for a lot less money.
