Is it okay to run when im really sore in my full upper body?
larst day i trained my full upper body and today im really sore.
Is it okay to take a run on 5 km When my upper body is still sore.
And when i mean is okay.
Then i mean do i lose mucels if i take a run when im sore?

yes you can and should run when sore, warm up this will help recovery. running does not cause you to lose muscles.

Yes it's ok to run. In fact, some people take too long of a break after a workout, waiting for the soreness to go away and mitigating their efforts. This is assuming this is soreness from a normal workout, nothing extreme. Running while sore won't cause you to lose muscles.

All being sore means is that you have a buildup of lactic acid in your muscles from working them out. Running should not have any negative effects unless you are burning too many calories, which your body needs to maintain and build muscle. In fact, running actually helps break down lactic acid and helps reduce soreness! Basically, unless you are running a marathon everyday, you should be good.
