YES. I'm sure it's because of puberty and the changes, and ofc, you qould have grown quite a lot in a lot of places during puberty. They're purple at first because they're still new, your skin's just 'ripped' underneath, after a few months or years it'll start to become less noticeable. They'll slowly change to a slightly lighter version of your skin colour.
Haha, I'm 17 and I have stretch marks on my legs, breasts, bum and a couple on my shoulder. Oh dear, more stretch marks await me when I become pregnant.

Sounds like stretch marks, or maybe just dark veins. It's probably normal! Stretch marks happen to everyone, even men! Make sure you have an appropriate bra that fits properly. If you are familiar with Victoria's Secret and have one near where you live, go there and ask to be fitted for a bra. even if you don't buy one there or here to pricey for you, you can take the information you have and go elsewhere.
Depending on how "large" they are is what kind of bra you should have. The girls at VS will help with that too!

Yup, it's very normal. A majority of women have stretch marks. Men have them too. Don't worry about it :)
