Amazon order not delivering?

Hello, I made an order on Amazon. Expected delivery date was April 20-23. It is already shipped and has been at a storage site in my state for almost 2 days now but has not gone out for delivery. Does this mean something is wrong or just routine delay? Thanks

    please explain how do you know it a storage site?

    why would it go there?or do you mean customs facility?

    what did you order?
