What do you call a person who's making his own rule ?
So, this is the story. I'm working in International School as bus assistant, had a meeting last January or February of this year together with the other bus assistants and the supervisor. The meeting just tackled about the salary deduction for whoever's absent with no important reason. If you are sick, you have to present the medical certificate when you return. Then, if you have some important things to do, you have to ask permission the day before you will not be in. If you don't present MC and not ask permission your salary will be deducted. He also told us that it was approved by the SCHOOL DIRECTOR.
Here, one bus assistant was sick only for one day having dysmenorrhea then got in work the day after. ( For her she doesn't need to present MC).....Salary came, and she was deducted. She was really mad because how come she will present a Med. Cert. only for dysmenorrhea??? Hello?? We're all ladies and it naturally exist.... By that being mad, she reported it to the assistant principal, and the Asst. Principal got surprise of that. They don't know about that rule even the principal and Director.
It's capital OMG for what happened. As they report it to the business manager they returned the deducted salary to her and it's like a slap to our supervisor's crazy face. Goodness gracious!
Should I call our supervisor a throne skipper? What else? I want worst.
