why are girls mean at bars?

If you're meaning what I think you are without context -

Imagine 50 guys in the last hour have just tried the worst pickup line on you, and they all have very poor qualities (or at least, are below your standards).

How happy are you going to be when the 51st, 52nd and 53rd guy approaches you, whether you know their intentions or not? It's the human response to get rather pissed off after constant pestering, and start assuming the worst. You just want to go out, have some fun, and whether you want guys attention or not you get it. It's annoying.

If you're looking for nice girls, I would probably go somewhere else. I'm not saying that all girls that go to bars are mean, but I just don't think that's the right place...
