kissing boyfriend with lip ring?

Ok i am the one getting the lip ring (girl) does it hurt kissing or get in the way of making out??

    It doesnt hurt.

    Yes it gets in the way. Especially with the hoops.

    I usually wear a small stud on a very short rod. I get in the mood to wear my hoops but I get fed up instantly with always feeling something stuck in between my lips, and not being able to eat properly. I end up flipping it upside down with my tongue so the rod is not between my lips because it is the only way I am comfortable and it looks terrible that way. So I just wear my stud.

    It shouldn't after the wound heals, but be careful that the person doesn't bit down on/around the the ring while making out.
