Will a yes vote on the Same sex marriage issue have a benefit if two heterosexual persons decide to enter into a "marriage" contract?

    My best friends Zach and Kyle are roommates but are virtually married. They take of their house together, kyle has two kids by his baby mama and Zach often tends to them while kyle is at work. They are both heterosexual and real poon dawgs. They have thought about get in married to each other for tax purposes even though they don't get sexy with each other
