Dodge 2500 and Silverado 2500 Pull?

My Grandson and I have a running debate. To settle the argument since both are not duallies, both are diesel, both are 4 wheel drive. Which one could consistently out pull the other. Would you-all kindly tell us what's up.

BTW, we do not have these trucks in our possession. Thanks

The Duramax motors have more hp than the cummins, but the cummins has abit more torque. Depending on tire, weight, and possible mods, its a fair comparison. Torque will give you a quick upper hand, but when the 700lbs of torque becomes useless(when the tires spin), HP will come in handy.

the Dodge probably has a lot more torque being an in line 6 cylinder which should make it out pull the Chevrolet. sure the Silverado will create more horsepower but it won't have the torque to back it up like the Cummins has.
